This month’s webinars will provide an overview of the Just Cause Ordinance (JCO), which applies to most residential properties in the City of Los Angeles that are not regulated by the City’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO). For a tenancy to be covered under the JCO, a tenant must have lived in the unit for at least six months, or their original lease expired, whichever occurs first. These sessions are informative for owners, managers, and residents of JCO covered properties.
