Come join the Los Angeles Housing Department’s webinar as we provide an overview of the City’s enhanced renter protections which include when tenants must pay their COVID-19 rental arrears to avoid eviction. The webinar will also provide information on the expansion of “Just Cause” eviction protections to all rental units in the City of Los Angeles, including units not subject to the City’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).

The one-hour webinars include a Q&A session. The webinars will be presented by LAHD’s Rent Stabilization Staff. The session will be held via Zoom.
