This dashboard reports certified payroll data for construction projects tracked by the Los Angeles Housing Department: hours worked and wages paid, local and targeted hiring, apprentice utilization, transitional workers, and the demographics of the workforce by Council District. It draws on LAHD’s own certified payroll system for projects since 2011 and updates nightly. Project Labor Agreement projects administered through the Bureau of Contract Administration are reported on BCA’s dashboards and are not included here.
