This RFP seeks to solicit qualified organizations/contractors for the purpose of providing mandatory occupational health and safety training for 145 inspection personnel in compliance with provisions of Memorandum of Understanding No. 5 (Inspectors Unit).

The Contractor and/or any assigned staff must be an authorized CAL/OSHA Construction Industry Outreach Trainer having successfully completed the Construction Industry Outreach Trainer Program from an authorized OSHA Training Institute Educational Center. The Contractor/assigned staff will provide occupational health and safety training, conduct audits, compliance reviews, and provide consulting services on an as-needed basis to the Los Angeles Housing Department.
