Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship Compliance LAHD-funded affordable housing projects must comply with state and federal prevailing wage and apprenticeship requirements.  The LAHD Prevailing Wage Compliance Unit (PWCU) monitors and enforces compliance with such requirements.  In addition, Supportive Housing Program projects consisting of 65 or more units and funded with Proposition HHH funds are required to comply with a City approved Project Labor Agreement.

LAHD Section 3 Policy and Implementation Plan

The LAHD Section 3 Policy and Implementation Plan provides regulatory and procedural guidelines for federally funded projects in compliance with 24 CFR part 75. These regulations apply to projects that have received certain public housing financial assistance from HUD.
