This Request For Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified non-profit legal services provider (LSP) to provide legal representation services for aggrieved renters under the United To House LA Protections for the Tenant Anti-Harassment Program. The LSP(s) selected will represent eligible tenants who have a private right of action case under the City’s Tenant Anti-Harassment Ordinance.
