Description: This RFP seeks to solicit proposals from qualified experts in highly specialized fields to provide analysis, technical expertise, and services related to specific aspects of housing development and housing-related services under one or both of the following program categories (described in the Scope of Work), in accordance with LAHD goals and objectives:

• Category 1: Prevailing Wage Compliance Services
• Category 2: Cost Estimating Services

Proposers may apply to one or both program categories. Proposers submitting proposals for both services may submit one proposal, but must prepare narrative responses for each service separately.
