NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS OR NOTES
FOR A MULTIFAMILY HOUSING PROJECT
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LOS ANGELES

Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, July 22, 2026 a public hearing will be held as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 with respect to the proposed issuance or reissuance by the City of Los Angeles of multifamily housing revenue bonds or notes in the maximum amount specified below (and a like amount of refunding bonds), issued in one or more series, pursuant to a plan of financing, for the purpose of providing funds to make a loan to the project sponsor specified below or to an affiliate or special purpose entity created by or on behalf of such sponsor to finance or refinance the acquisition, rehabilitation, construction and equipping of the below-referenced project (the “Project”).

The hearing will commence at 9:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 22, 2026, and will be held via teleconference. Interested persons wishing to express their views on either the issuance of the multifamily notes or bonds or the Project will be given an opportunity to do so at the hearing or may, prior to the time of the hearing, submit written comments to the Los Angeles Housing Department via e-mail sent to lahd-tefra@lacity.org. Persons wishing to express their views via telephone must submit a written request to do so delivered to the above email address not less than 24 hours before the hearing. Such request must include the requestor’s full name. Instructions for accessing the hearing via teleconference are set forth belong.
