Description: LAHD is seeking proposals for qualified organizations/contractors to develop and carry out a successful outreach program that will inform and educate tenants who reside in properties subject to REAP about their rights and responsibilities under these programs. The ultimate goal of the contract(s) is for the selected organization(s) to facilitate the participation of tenants in REAP for eligible buildings.
