Additional requirements in the regulations include provisions outlined in the ULA measure and requirements from ULA Program Guidelines. The term sheets contain the loan terms and unique requirements for each of the seven funding programs for which the Department will solicit applications. Within all seven programs, the Homes for LA NOFA includes three programs focused on new construction of affordable housing, three programs focused on affordable housing preservation, and one program focused on stabilizing existing affordable housing through provision of operating assistance funds. Please thoroughly review the Homes For LA NOFA Term Sheets if you intend to apply for competitive funding made available through this NOFA.
