LAHD is seeking from qualified organizations for the City’s Eviction Defense Program and ULA Homelessness Prevention Program for the purpose of providing comprehensive eviction defense and eviction prevention services. These Programs reflect the City’s commitment to protecting and promoting the fair housing rights of low-income households and ensuring long-term housing stability for residents of Los Angeles.

Proposers may apply to one or more of the following program categories:

Program Category 1 – Eviction Defense and Prevention
Program Category 2 – Tenant Outreach and Education
Program Category 3 – Protections from Tenant Harassment
Program Category 4 – Short-Term Emergency Assistance
