SCEP’s goal is to maintain the safety and habitability of residential rental properties in the City of Los Angeles. This is achieved through a four-year inspection cycle for all properties with two or more units, as well as by addressing reported property violations.

These webinars will teach you everything you need to know to prepare for your upcoming SCEP inspection. We’ll cover property preparation, what inspectors look for, and the potential consequences for properties that fail to meet City and State code standards.
