The Los Angeles Housing Department seeks to solicit qualified non-profit organizations for the provision of the following HOPWA program components and services to be provided countywide to People Living With HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) and their families:

1. A web-based Software as a Service (SaaS) for HOPWA’s Housing Management Information System (HMIS), an activity under the HOPWA Housing Information and Referral service category within the HUD framework.
2. Central Coordinating Agency (CCA) for Short-term Rent, Mortgage, Utility (STRMU) Assistance and Permanent Housing Placement (PHP).
