LAHD seeks to solicit qualified, licensed non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations or private contractors to provide minor home repairs, in conformance with local building codes and general construction industry standards, and other services to clients. Selected contractors will be required to conduct minor home repairs or improvements in a professional manner in accordance with the specifications established by LAHD, local building codes and general construction industry standards.

The deadline for proposal submissions is November 22, 2021 by 5:00 p.m. PST. Proposals must be submitted electronically to lahd.contractsprocurement@lacity.org.
