Although we highly encourage you to take advantage of our online payment services, if you choose to pay the RSO, SCEP, or other fees by mail, we recommend that you mail all payments at least 10 days prior to the due date. Please make sure to include your APN number on the memo field of the check/money order. The postmark date is not accepted as an indicator of a timely payment. Payments not received by the due date will be assessed the applicable delinquent fee.
