
Christopher Reynoso

Chris Reynoso-Soto (he/him) is a passionate educator and advocate focusing on ensuring equitable outcomes for all students. He currently serves as the Vice President of Innovation & Impact at Alliance College-Ready Public Schools, where he leads long-term strategic planning, policy, advocacy, and community engagement as well as marketing, communications, strategic partnerships, and innovation alongside the Chief of Innovation & Impact.
He previously served as Director of Strategic Initiatives at Alliance, where he supported as a strategic advisor to the Chief.
Previous to Alliance, he served as Sr. Manager of External Impact for the KIPP Foundation, where he worked alongside school districts nationwide on sharing and improving postsecondary resources and outcomes for their communities. Before joining the KIPP Foundation, Chris held the role of College Counselor at KIPP SoCal.
Beyond education, Chris is passionate about housing justice. He sits on the Board of Inquilinos Unidos (IU), an organization that helps renters fight for safe, decent and affordable housing; and empowers low-income Los Angeles tenants through community organizing, education and advocacy.
Chris holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Chicanx/Latinx Studies from Loyola Marymount University and a master’s degree in Educational Foundations from California State University, Los Angeles. He lives in Los Angeles with his husband and enjoys all things travel, food, and Disney.
