Come join the Los Angeles Housing Department at one of our weekly webinars as we provide an overview of the CIty’s new renter protections. This includes the new requirements for landlords to post a Notice of Renters’ Protections on all residential properties and to file all eviction notices with LAHD. The webinar will also provide information on the expansion of “Just Cause” eviction protections to all rental units in the City of Los Angeles, including units not subject to the City’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO).

The one-hour webinars include a Q&A session.  The webinars will be presented by LAHD’s Rent Stabilization Staff.  The session will be held via Zoom.
