Come join the Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) at one of our weekly webinars as we discuss the current COVID-19 renter protections in place as the City’s Declaration of the local Emergency will expire on February 1, 2023. The webinars also include an overview of the rent freeze in rental units subject to the City’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) which are prohibited through January 31, 2024.

The webinars will be presented by LAHD’s Rent Stabilization Staff.
