Whether you’re a homeowner, landlord, or renter, you can get started by answering a few quick questions to see if you’re eligible.
You may qualify if:
- Your home has chipped or cracked paint
- Your Home was built before 1951
- Children under age 6 live in or frequently visit your home
- A pregnant person lives in your household
The program enrolls neighborhoods across Los Angeles County throughout the year.

Enrollment Period: February 1st through June 30th
