United to House Los Angeles Dashboards Banner
United to House LA (ULA) is a sustainable funding stream dedicated to affordable housing production and homelessness prevention in the City of Los Angeles. The ULA measure and ordinance includes robust data collection and reporting mandates, to promote transparency and accountability regarding the implementation of ULA.
Dashboards provide interactive data and reporting on the progress and impact of ULA. Data and reporting are based on required metrics, as well as additional best practices for measuring outcomes and impact of ULA programs.
Work is currently underway to develop additional dashboards related to the implementation of ULA. The information below will be updated periodically as additional reporting becomes available.

ULA Revenue

The ULA Revenue Dashboard tracks the monthly revenue generated by conveyances of real property over $5 million, from when applicable transfer tax collection began on April 1, 2023 to present.

ULA Emergency Renters Assistance Program (ERAP)

The ULA Emergency Renters Assistance Program (ERAP) supports implementation of the interim ULA Short-Term Emergency Assistance Program, and provides up to six months of rental arrears to low-income renters who are at risk of homelessness due to unpaid rent as a result of COVID-19 or other financial hardship.

ULA Income Support

As part of the comprehensive approach to end and prevent homelessness in the City of Los Angeles, the ULA Income Support Program (ISP) provides financial assistance directly to eligible low-income renter households that have a senior and/or person with a disability and are at risk of being displaced from their homes.
