ULA Emergency Renters Assistance Program (ERAP)

The ULA Emergency Renters Assistance Program (ERAP) supports implementation of the interim ULA Short-Term Emergency Assistance Program, and provides up to six months of rental arrears to low-income renters who are at risk of homelessness due to unpaid rent as a result of COVID-19 or other financial hardship. The ULA ERAP Dashboard provides interactive data related to the type of applicant, the amount of back rent claimed, household income, and other demographic data for applicants and program recipients. All available ULA ERAP funds were issued in 2024, and the program is currently closed.
