These workshops are for landlords, property managers, and renters in Los Angeles who want to know their rights and responsibilities. They are also recommended for landlords and their family members who assist them in managing their properties, banks, lenders, trustees, servicing companies, listing agents, and anyone contemplating buying or selling rental property in the City of Los Angeles.
