The Just Cause for Eviction Ordinance (JCO) went into effect on January 23, 2023. The
JCO provides eviction protections for tenants who reside in rental units not covered
under the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO), including the payment of relocation
assistance if the tenant is evicted for no fault of their own. Please join us at one of our
