This RFP seeks to solicit qualified firms/contractors for two separate Areas of Service for current and future projects on an as needed basis:

• Information Technology (IT) Professional Services;
• ServiceNow Application Professional Services.

IT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES:
During the term of the contract, the contractor(s) may be called upon to identify, select and provide qualified subcontractors to LAHD to complete a variety of projects, from application enhancement performed by one programmer analyst to application development and implementation performed by a team of information technology professionals.

SERVICENOW APPLICATION PROFESSIONAL SERVICES:
Provide ServiceNow (SNOW) application professional services, including but not limited to applications development on SNOW, providing production support and enhancement.
