The City of Los Angeles’ Mayor and Council will be finalizing the plan to spend important funds in the community.  The plan under consideration will invest over $130 million dollars in federal funds for affordable housing, combatting homelessness,  economic development, social services like those provided through the FamilySource Centers and Domestic Violence Shelters, including investments in park improvements and community centers.
