The City of Los Angeles ULA Emergency Renters Assistance Program tenant application closed on October 2, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. Landlords of tenants that did not apply will be able to apply on October 23, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. This application is only open to landlords who own 12 or fewer units. Once a landlord application is submitted, the tenant will be invited to apply to the ULA ERAP if the tenant did not apply during the tenant application period.
