The webinar will provide support and assistance for landlords with instructions on how to pay their annual RSO/SCEP bill and complete the annual rent registration. This virtual webinar will also include completing exemption requests online and filling out the Rent Registry for properties subject to the Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO). These workshops are for City of Los Angeles landlords and their family members who assist them in managing their properties, community advocates, banks, lenders, trustees, servicing companies, property management companies, listing agents, and anyone contemplating buying or selling rental property in the City of Los Angeles.
