This RFP seeks to solicit Proposals from qualified Proposers to provide site design analysis and planning, and assist in the evaluation of site RFP submissions and selected housing projects on City-owned land. While LAHD anticipates selecting and funding only one (1) Proposer to provide the services described in the Scope of Work below, LAHD reserves the right to select more than (1) Proposer for any category of service listed in this RFP, which may result in execution of more than one (1) contract.
