This month’s workshop will focus on the Just & Reasonable (J&R) permanent rent increase program. This program is designed for properties covered under the City’s Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO) where operating expenses have surpassed the annual rent increases allowed by the RSO, ensuring properties are not operated at a net loss. This workshop will provide a step-by-step process on how to successfully submit a J&R application, ensuring you have all necessary financial documents available for submission. The webinar will also cover other Cost Recovery programs such as capital improvements,
seismic retrofit, and primary renovation work.

The webinar will be a one-hour session held online via Zoom. At the end of the
presentation, a Q&A period will follow.
