Los Angeles Housing Department (LAHD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide services under one or more of the following program categories:

• Section 106 Historic Preservation Services
• Inspection, Survey, and Analysis for Hazardous Materials (Lead and/or Asbestos) Services
• Laboratory Lead and Radon Testing Services
• Relocation Services
• Technical Training Services (Construction Services)

One or more individuals or firms per category will be identified through a competitive process based on responses to this RFP to provide the respective services for the LAHD’s Lead Hazard Remediation Program and Section 106 Historic Preservation Services.

The deadline for proposal submissions is March 14, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. PDT. Proposals must be submitted electronically to lahd.contractsprocurement@lacity.org.
