This RFP seeks to solicit proposals from organizations who have the experience and capacity to work with the LAHD Land Development Unit to provide financial advisor services for 10-15 publicly-owned sites each year, ensuring that projects developed on publicly-owned land are properly underwritten in accordance with the financial guidelines of LAHD’s affordable housing finance programs.
