LAHD seeks to solicit proposals from qualified individuals or firms to provide occupancy monitoring services for various LAHD projects. Projects are monitored annually to ensure compliance with rent, income, occupancy, and other programmatic restrictions mandated by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), federal tax laws, State and City requirements.

The deadline for proposal submissions is June 5, 2023 by 5:00 p.m. PDT. Proposals must be submitted electronically to lahd.contractsprocurement@lacity.org.
