The Los Angeles Housing Department seeks to solicit qualified experts in highly specialized fields to provide analysis, technical expertise, and services related to specific aspects of housing development and housing-related services. This RFP seeks individuals or contractors qualified to provide services under one or more of the following program categories (described in detail in the Scope of Work), in accordance with LAHD goals and objectives:

• Appraisal Services (Residential Real Estate)
• Environmental Assessment Services
• Financial Analysis and Loan Underwriting Services
• Loan Servicing
• Property Management Services – Occupied Properties
• Property Management Services – Vacant Properties
• Real Estate Broker
• Title Report Services
