This month’s webinars will be tailored for landlords who have not completed their 2026 annual registration. We will share details on how to pay, submit exemptions, complete the Rent Registry, and manage property accounts online at any time through our Customer Portal. In the City of Los Angeles, annual registration is mandatory for all residential rental units covered under the Systematic Code Enforcement Program, Rent Stabilization Ordinance, and Just Cause Ordinance. Per Los Angeles Municipal Code sections 151.05 and 165.10, landlords are required to file a Rent Registry and pay yearly registration fees to legally demand or accept rent; a Registration Certificate is only issued once these criteria are met.
