This virtual webinar is designed to support City of Los Angeles landlords by providing instructions on how to pay the annual Rent Stabilization Ordinance (RSO), Just Cause Ordinance (JCO), and Systematic Code Enforcement Program (SCEP) fees, as well as how to complete the mandatory Rent Registry. The webinar will also cover the process for submitting online exemption requests for properties that are not rented or from which rent is not collected.

Note: To legally accept and demand rent, a landlord must have a registration statement
(certificate). This certificate is issued only after the required registration fees and the Rent Registry process have been completed.
